Order Placement

We’ve made shopping on our website as easy as possible – simply browse, click and buy!

  1. To shop, you can browse by product category in the main navigation bar, or you can search for a specific product on the search bar.
  2. If you see an item you’d like to purchase, click on the image to view more photos and product details. Then, click “Add to Cart”.
  3. A pop-window will appear. To continue shopping, click “Continue shopping”. To finish shopping, click “Proceed to checkout”.
  4. On the shopping cart summary page, you may review and edit your order. Once you’re ready to go, click “Proceed to checkout”.
  5. For new customers, enter your e-mail and proceed to create an account. For existing customers, enter your e-mail address and password to sign in.
  6. Confirm your delivery and billing addresses. If you want to deliver to a different address, click “Add a new address”. If you have additional instructions, indicate it on the text box provided.
  7. Choose your preferred shipping option, then check “I agree to the Terms of Service”.
  8. Select your preferred payment method, then click “Confirm order”.
  9. Once completed, a congratulatory message will appear and you will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

Payment Options

Making a payment is secure and simple. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, DragonPay, bank transfer, or even cash on delivery (COD) for selected items.

** For bulky items or orders above 10KG volumetric weight, additional shipping charges may apply and will be automatically calculated during checkout. Volumetric weight is computed by multiplying the length, width, and height (in centimeters) of the product box or packaging then dividing it by a factor rate of 3500. Formula: ((L x W x H)/3500).

*** All days referenced are working days (Monday to Friday), excluding declared holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed on Monday or the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification that your order is dispatched. To track your order, you may access it on your account page or you can also contact our Customer Service Team via contact@kidoozi.com or +63999 8172323 and we will be happy to help you.

Returns Policy

We accept product returns within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging.

To return an item, please email contact@kidoozi.com outlining the reason for return within 7 calendar days of order receipt, with attached photos or videos of the item. Once we confirm that your return request is acceptable, we shall provide instructions for return. Please note that all shipping costs will be on your account, and you will be held responsible for returned items until the arrival at our warehouse. Please ensure that the items are properly and securely packed to avoid damage. We strongly advise the use of dependable and reputable couriers.

All returns are still subject to quality assessment. Items that do not pass the quality check will be sent back to the customer. Once the product has been evaluated and is eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or for your next purchase. The store credit will be valid for 60 days.

Please note that some products are not eligible for return or replacement. Products we can’t return or replace are listed below:

  • Diapers and wipes
  • Potty training items
  • Bottles and feeding products
  • Hygiene products, unless sealed
  • Books, unless sealed
  • Items that are not in original condition and packaging
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, or showing evident signs of wear and tear
  • Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
  • Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer
  • Items on sale

If you have a complaint regarding a product or manufacturing defect, please send us pictures or videos of the item showing the faulty or damaged part/s for evaluation. If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will repair it or issue a replacement. If the item has a missing part, we will provide what’s missing. Please note however that you must repack the item in the same original box it was delivered in and all the parts, labels, packaging and manual must be intact.

Customer Privacy and Safety

Kidoozi goes to great lengths to make sure that all the details you entrust us with are 100% secure. We never share your personal details with other parties that are not part of the payment, order or delivery process.
